How to be a Rational Agent

I've been teaching and directing rationality camps and workshops since 2017, and have noticed a common core of traits whose absence reliably leads to some form of irrationality. The last time I taught these it was during a 10 day event at Lighthaven, but let's see if I can teach it in an hour.
