Bio punk: measure hsv shedding on a qPCR machine

I built an hsv shedding apparatus let's you do real time qPCR. This theoretically lets someone see how much virus they are asymptomatically shedding at low levels.

I've run it a few times now at parties and for friends and would love to collect more data. I'm curious if anyone else would be interested in participating / giving samples for science. If there is enough interest, I can potentially put together enough test kits to run it.
