Eigenfruit Pie: Baking

There's a dessert I want to make. It doesn't exist yet, anywhere. I need helpful hands and discerning palates.

This is part 1: the part where I bake the pies, with some help from attendees. I'd appreciate help with things like e.g. peeling fruit and measuring sugar, but if you just feel like being a cooking copilot (fetching things, keeping an eye on things, doing very early tasting, changing music when my hands are messy) then you're welcome to come along!

In particular, the recipe is still highly experimental and in flux, so this seems like the perfect use-case for conditional prediction markets about what specific choices I should make.

The time is an estimate. There will be a lot of dead time while things marinate and then bake.
