Spacewar! (Or: How to Not Have One)

I’m getting stressed about armed conflict in space. My industry is insular, but I think more people who are interested in big, sudden risks should talk about this one!

I’ll talk for a few minutes about what I see happening (I lead a team making maneuverable spacecraft and can speak to some things). Mostly, I want to get insight from people better than me at policy.
