Eigenfruit Pie: Tasting

There's a dessert I want to make. It doesn't exist yet, anywhere. I need helpful hands and discerning palates.

This is part 2: the part where you (yes, you!) eat some pie and provide feedback on both how tasty it is and how well I managed to make the thing I wanted to make. I will stick around serving pie (possibly with things like vanilla ice cream and whipped cream) and receiving verbal feedback for about an hour, and then leave, but will happily accept written feedback (whether or not you also told me things in person). Come hungry!
