How to Be a Professional Shape Rotator (Using Group Theory)

An introduction to group theory (particularly the theory of finite Coxeter groups) and how we can use it to easily describe the shape-preserving symmetries of regular polytopes, including higher-dimensional polytopes. No math background is necessary, though it may help.
