Public goods are the textbook market failure, so we fund them with charity. I think that's beatable. As a room, we'll take one real public good and build a structure around it live: find a capturable cashflow, shape a return profile, then work out who would actually buy it. Bring your structuring instincts and your reasons it won't close.
